CLAUSE NO. 1: OBJECT

The present terms of sale define the contractual relations between MacoulisDesign (hereafter«Seller») and the Buyer.

The acquisition of an asset through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale.

These conditions of sale will prevail on all General or particular conditions not expressly approved by the seller. MacoulisDesign reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the site www.macoulisdesign.com at the date of the order placed by the buyer. CLAUSE NO. 2: PRODUCTS

The products offered are those who appear in the catalogue published on the site www.macoulisdesign.com

These products are offered within the limit of stocks available. When ordering a product has become unavailable, the buyer will be informed of this situation by e-mail. The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on the data sheets.

The seller's liability cannot be hired if errors were introduced. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. The photos in the catalogue are most faithful possible but cannot ensure a similarity with the proposed product, especially as regards colours.

CLAUSE N ° 3: THE PRICE

The prices listed in the catalogue are prices in euros(€) all inclusive of tax, excluding shipping costs. MacoulisDesign reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalogue the day of the order will be only applicable to the buyer. Shipping charges are specified during the order.

CLAUSE N ° 4: THE ORDER

The buyer who wishes to buy a product must:

-Add to Cart the products chosen;

-Complete the identification form with all the details requested;

-Confirm his order after it is checked;

-Payment under the hereunder conditions;

-Confirm the order and its payment.

The confirmation of the order entails acceptance of the present conditions of sale, recognition in having perfect knowledge and renunciation to take advantage of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All of the data provided and registered confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions. The seller will communicate by e-mail the confirmation of registered order.

CLAUSE N ° 5: PAYMENT

The price is due at order. Payments made by

credit cards are fully secured by the Paypal company.

Paypal uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the transmitted information is encrypted by a software and any third party cannot take note during transport over the network.

CLAUSE N ° 6: SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs are calculated automatically, depending on the weight of the package and the place of delivery. You'll see appear these costs once you have added all the items you want to purchase in the shopping cart, it allows you to get an estimate of the transport costs for your simulation of command (just choose your country).

For France, the shipping is done by “Colissimo”. For the countries of the European Union, the shipping is done by “Colissimo International”. CLAUSE N ° 7: DELIVERIES

We disclaim any responsibility for the loss, degradation, or the delay in delivery by mail.

Delivery time includes 4 to 5 days for France, 5 to 10 days for the European Union Countries and 10 to 20 days for the rest of the world.

This period is provided indicative and a possible overrun will not give rise to any damages and interest or cancellation of the order by the buyer. The buyer undertakes to check his parcel on receipt of any apparent defect. Never accept packages damaged or bearing traces of opening by the postal service, otherwise no appeal will be possible by our services. If the package has obvious traces of opening or shock, you should check its contents in the presence of the deliveryman and refuse it if parts are broken or missing. You will need to indicate on the delivery slip the reason for this refusal: "package abyss" or "X missing items" or "X broken parts", and immediately contact our services. CLAUSE NO. 8: WITHDRAWAL

The buyer enjoys a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order. All complaints, requests for Exchange or refund must be made within seven days after delivery.

CLAUSE NO. 9: RESPONSIBILITY

The seller, in the process of sale on line, is held only by an obligation of means; liability will not be liable for damage resulting from the use of Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of the service, or other involuntary problems.

CLAUSE NO. 10: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All products of the MacoulisDesign site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the seller.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, disseminate, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site such as software, Visual or sound.

CLAUSE NO. 11: PERSONAL DATA

Under the law on data processing, “files and freedoms” of January 6, 1978, to identifying information for buyers

may be subject to automated processing. The seller reserves the right to collect information about buyers. Buyers can oppose the disclosure of their details by notifying MacoulisDesign. CLAUSE NO. 13: SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

It is specified that in case of dispute with the buyer, MacoulisDesign will search in priority a friendly solution. The application of these general conditions of sale as well as the relationship between vendor-client are subject to the French law.
